Google Search Console

By Bloggable

The numbers Google actually has.

Connect Search Console once and every published post gets its own clicks, impressions, CTR and average position, refreshed nightly — then Bloggable tells you which posts are losing ground before you would have noticed.

How the Google Search Console integration works

What it does

  • Per post, not per site.Rows are matched to your posts by their real public URL, so the number beside a post is that post’s number.
  • Twenty-eight days against the previous twenty-eight.Both windows are pulled every night, which is what lets every figure carry a direction rather than sitting there as a total.
  • Decay, flagged automatically.A post that drops five positions or loses 30% of its clicks is marked as declining and surfaced in Intelligence, where one click sends it for a refresh.
  • Read-only, always. The connection asks for the read-only Search Console scope. Bloggable can see your data and can never change anything in your property.

How to connect it

  1. 1Sign in with GoogleIntegrations → Search → Connect, in the main nav. You approve the read-only scope; only the refresh token is kept.
  2. 2Choose your propertiesBloggable lists the verified properties on the account. Pick the ones that cover your blogs — matching needs a domain you can verify, which means a blog on your own address.
  3. 3Leave it aloneThe sync runs nightly from then on, and the results appear on each post and across the Intelligence dashboard.
